Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a temporary full-time assignment to support their client in San Marcos. This role involves providing administrative support, including entry-level office duties, to ensure the smooth operation of the department. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, showcasing confidence, friendliness, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Food Safety team, handling tasks such as entry-level office duties.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with special projects as directed, including arranging meetings and compiling reports.
  • Ensure a positive HR experience for every employee by addressing issues with a supportive approach.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write) is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams.
  • Familiarity with food safety, greenhouse operations, or controlled agriculture is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic with a can-do attitude.

Additional Details

Salary: $25 - $28 per hour, DOE

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility as needed.
